The 10th IMFS session has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances!
We regret to announce that the International Manufacturing Forum Series Session scheduled to take place on Thursday 7th October focused on “Meta Materials and Manufacturing” has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. It will now be added to the programme for 2022.
We are pleased to say that the IMFS session for November 4th focused on “Managing Direct Digital Manufacturing” has an excellent program of keynote speakers. There are a couple of speaker slots available if you would like to submit your abstract as soon as possible via the IMFS website: https://imfs.ipleiria.pt/november/ Remember the International Manufacturing Series is open to all and is free but prior registration at the IMFS website is required. We look forward to seeing you all on November 4th.

Geoffrey Mitchell

Geoffrey Mitchell is a Vice-Director of the Centre for Rapid and Sustainable Product Development, a Coordinator Investigator at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria and Emeritus Professor at the University of Reading UK. He is/was supervisor/co-supervisor of fifty PhD and forty MSc Students.
Geoffrey Mitchell received a first degree in Metallurgy from the City of London Polytechnic, an MSc in Physical Research Techniques and a PhD degree in Polymer Physics from the CNNA/University of Cambridge.
